AI Essentials is a foundational course designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic and professional contexts, with a particular emphasis on African perspectives.
The course covers core AI concepts, ethical considerations, and the challenges of Western biases in AI systems. Through practical training in prompt engineering, participants learn to interact effectively with AI in culturally relevant ways.
I developed the end-to-end production workflow leveraging AI media creation tools for the course, and trained my team members on efficient use of the tools, streamlining content creation, and enhancing overall team productivity.
